Peer Review Process

The Open Access Journal on Engineering Applications follows a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and originality of published research.

Upon submission, all manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to check for relevance, scope, and compliance with submission guidelines.

Suitable manuscripts are then sent to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant expertise. The review process is typically double-blind, meaning both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other to ensure impartial evaluation.

Reviewers assess the manuscript’s scientific merit, methodology, clarity, originality, and contribution to the field. They provide detailed comments and recommendations for acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board makes the final decision. Authors are notified of the decision along with reviewer comments, and if revisions are requested, authors are invited to submit a revised manuscript.

The goal of this process is to maintain high academic standards and foster constructive feedback to improve research quality.
